Flows within the stirred vessel are often not static and show time dependent fluctuation of middle flow speeds and directions. Recently concluded calculations and measurements of flow area show swirling that starts at the agitator and goes down to the bottom of the vessel and with such a rotation frequency within the vessel, which is clearly lower than the rotation frequency of the agitator. Both of the animations show such a swirl for a stirred vessel with a propeller and/or six blade agitator respectively, both of which can be used with TurboRex®
