The TurboRex
DR is suitable
for charge operations for open vessels as well as for being fitted from
the top.
Constructive setup:
agitator with a shaft directly attached to the drive. The motor bearings are
adjusted to the needs. As an alternative, there is a flange design for mounting
it on the top and there are also designs with clips or stand mountings to
choose from.
The balancing of the shaft is dynamic. The fixing of the agitator to the
drive is according to the requirements either in double cone clamping
coupling, flange or fast cutoff coupling. The agitator shaft as well as agitator
body are made of stainless steel V2A (1.4301).
The drive is operated with rotary current motors according to protection
type IP 54 or explosion protected drives. The mixing bodies are easily
replaceable rotators. For the operation of the agitator, stabilizing rings
are always used.
