Technical design:
Two series of UniRex
machines
are available for batch production. What makes all these machines stand
out is the easy and robust design. The product-related parts consist of
chromium-nickel steel according to material number 1.430, 1.4571 or 1.4404.
As for the URC machines, the stator is either fixed at a supporting tube
or - with the URS variant - connected to the motor using round bars via
a mounting flange. With machines for pressurized or in vacuo operation,
the mounting flange consists of material number 1.4301, 1.4571 or 1.4404.
For pressureless operations, the structural steel ST 37 or ST 35 being
resistant to chemicals and painted is used.
URC and URS machines can be installed in tanks or fitted to open tanks.
Preferred mounting directions include: centrically and vertically from
the top, skewed from the top or vertically off-centre; in addition, skewed
laterally is also possible.
