Reasons which can be argued for ibW dispersing machines:
short production
time
outstanding homogeneity
long-term stability
narrow particle
spectrum
savings of expensive
additives like emulgators,
catalysts and so on
savings of time
and space
high shearing
speed
interchangeability
of specific generators
self-cleaning
effect
pressure and vacuum
resistance
Exemplary Applications:
emulsions (liquid/liquid)
pigment dispersions
colloidal solutions
suspensions
catalytic solution
speed-up
gasification
neutralization
The flow rate amounts indicated in the data sheet have been determined
at dp=0 using water at a temperature of 20°C. At a flow rate performance
of "0", the UniRex
Inline machines deliver approximately 1 bar as the maximum characteristic
discharge pressure. In practice, pipe frictional losses and viscosity
anomalies have to taken into consideration. If - due to the conditions
mentioned above - a transport of substances through a conveyor becomes
necessary, we recommend to use positive displacement pumps.
With regard to the construction type, there are two inliner types available,
which are different from a technical point of view.
Inliner URL with rotor/stator principle
and Inliner USL with rotor and strainer insert.
The USL Inliner is a simplified construction
type of the URL Inliner. Instead of the rotor/stator principle, a strainer
is used as stator with this model.
